game changers mentoring challenge

The Game Changers Mentoring Challenge is a year-long mentorship program pairing early-career women in sports business with past SBJ Game Changers honorees. The underdog leadership team jump-started this program with SBJ many years ago, and we are proud to be relaunching it to directly impact and inspire future women leaders across the sports industry. With the continued collaboration of underdog and SBJ, we connect mentees with experienced industry leaders for one-on-one guidance and an invitation to the 2026 Game Changers Conference in New York City this September.
