The Game Changers Mentoring Challenge is a year-long mentorship program pairing early career women in sports business with past SBJ Game Changers honorees. We're proud to have built this program from the ground up, and we're just as excited now to help it grow — connecting mentees with experienced industry leaders for one-on-one guidance and a shared invitation to the 2026 Game Changers Conference in New York City this September, all with the continued support of underdog.
